Vapor Ville Opelika 3051 Frederick Rd #2

The young lady looked annoyed when I came in and her having to get up and put her mask on. She was VERY unconcerned with my needs and spoke in a short bothered manner. The products were WAY more limited than the Auburn location and the prices here were higher for some reason. I would have purchased more if she had of assisted me. Had I not been COMPLETELY out of nic juice, I would have gone to the other location when I went to work nearby that location tomorrow. The men at the Auburn location are always helpful and try to guide me to a decision. I will be ONLY going to that location going forward. I love the brand of Vapor Ville and I love the discounts but the Opelika store's customer service needs MAJOR assistance.

I went in this store looking for a juice similar to what I've been vaping. I told the associate the flavor and she really didn't offer much help. She recommended a couple of different brands but it seemed like she didn't know much about the inventory or annoyed that i came in the shop. The shelf was to far back so i couldn't read any labels to help myself. Ended up buying something I didn't really like.

I go to this place on a regular basis. I'm glad I read the reviews about the girl with the gun. Super mean and rude. She snapped on me the last time I was there, then apologized and said she was having a bad day. I'm seriously considering to another place next time. Sucks cause the variety is pretty good there.

The vibe here is ugh! You have to ask about pricing on each and every product! The girls behind the counter not friendly not helpful couldn't answer questions. Couldn't tell me much of anything. Just not a good place to start out I guess. Maybe ok if you know what you want. Just no a good fit for me. They do have a cheap bargain bin of old eliquid if you're broke I guess but old juice is AWFUL and I just rather not.

This is my go to vape shop. AMAZING customer service and awesome mod/juice selection. Kendall is extremely helpful and gets the job done. I've been going there almost 2yrs now and I've had nothing but good experiences.
