HN Smoke & Vape Shop 4215 N 19th Ave

Finally found a smoke shop, worth visiting frequently, in my neighborhood. The store has a smaller layout but does not lack in selection or quality merchandise. The guy behind the counter, who I believe to be the owner, was very nice and helped me find everything I needed. I will definitely be returning to this store to buy a vape and vape accessories.

Absolute favorite little smoke shop they have everything you need for vape at a great price and hours are perfect and staff is awesome!! Definitely stop in for what you need or want!

Talk about a really cool place. IDK if he is the owner or what, but I'm not used to coming up short of change and hearing just go ahead and rake it and pay me when you can. I try and buy all my vape and flower product needs here do to the way I have been treated. Come check it out and I'm sure you will feel very comfortable and welcomed.

So I bought a Scorch Torch here a few days ago and it is working great. First time I go to refill it, fluid just shoots out and sprays everywhere except to refill the torch. Took it in and person working tried to refill it and same thing. All he could say was that it was wierd. He said he couldn't do anything even though I literally just bought it and haven't even refilled it once and it doesn't work. He said I can try and talk to the owner but of course the owner is only there Mon & Tues only "sometimes". I would've bought another torch but after this first one doesn't work I am not going to put money into another one that likely wont work. It was my first time coming here and will be my last time. Anyone buying torches from here better make sure it works and it can be refilled because you can't exchange it or get a refund even if it is brand new still.

Honestly this use to be the best smoke shop ever untill everything changed and the main owner was there less and less meaning being serviced by workers not as educated about the products.they also used to negotiate with you and cut the price in half or lower it a bit depending how often you actually go and shop there but now it seems like there not intrested in customer satisfaction but more on getting there money only great products chill vibe no specials or discounts
