This vape shop is amazing! The selection of juice and hardware is huge, and the staff is extremely friendly! I was in a rush today, and the gentleman working the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean, and has convenient hours.

Always have a great experience here. The juice selection is great and the staff has always been very helpful. Prices are some of the best I've ever seen in the area too which is great when you're on a budget like me! 10/10 will always be my shop of choice.

I used to be a loyal customer here and they seemed to be helpful. But then it changed. It seemed that EVERY time I walked in with me and my girlfriend the guy behind the counter seemed as if it was a inconvenience that we walked through the door and wanted to purchase something from them even though he was just sitting around on his phone. And when I asked about any flavors the customer service was as if I should already know and we shouldn't ask. Then I found the best vape shop in SJC right across the street. Complete opposite of my experience here and my first visit won me as a steady client. Sorry Golden coast but you lost 2 consistent customers by being in helpful and acting like we were inconveniencing you to help us out.

Just disappointing across the board. I bought a tank there less then a month ago and the glass breaks in my pocket. I walk in and ask if they have another glass that I was willing to pay for and sure enough they have no back ups. They didn't even have the atomizer that matches the tank I had just bought there about a month ago. Then on top of that the customer service representative that I was dealing with says straight to my face "well if you didnt break it then you would still have a vape!" As I walked out. That will be the last time I ever step foot into that establishment. Bad customer service all around. Sad to think that small time companies can afford to lose business nowadays.

Best Vape Shop in South Orange County! Great customer service and they have a ton of product knowledge. Also they carry the best vape juice! Not to mention, a great spot to just hangout and share a few laughs!
